      Not all but a good portion of the workers especially the manager very ignorant and arrogant. Make you feel like they're better than you whenever you go there to do business. Went there to cash a check at the drive-thru and they never even put the money in an envelope they just stuck it in the drawer. Hard for some of them to say good morning or hello

      Worst customer service experience I have ever had. We went in to open an account , did all the paperwork got our account numbers and online access. We made deposits into both savings and checking accounts to open them. What we were never told was that we did not really have an account until the powers that be approve it. So they took our money and deposited it an account that did not really exist. When there was a problem did anybody call , NO of course not they mailed paperwork to an address we told them we would not be moving into for another month. This institution has a LOT to learn about customer service my advise would be to avoid this bank and go to one where they put your money into an account that really exists.
