      In August my card was stolen and I reported it to this bank, however the money was given back and then they allowed the merchant to take back the money. I don’t understand how when somthing is stolen and you report it with the bank and they don’t keep you protected. Then tell you they can’t give back your money without a police report. I have never in my life seen a bank that functions like this and sides with the merchant , instead of siding with the person there handling their personal money. Banked with them for four years, I WILL NEVER!! bank with them again. NEVER!!! received my money back. Shame because the bank tellers are great and friendly. Really disappointed in this bank don’t even wanna open a bank account again worried about my money and who I trust with it. Just thought it would be nice for others to know before opening with this bank.
