  Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE at this bank is friendly and completely knowledgeable of any needs there members may need. I have lived here for two years now, and can tell you from personal experience that they have helped me several times with things that aren't related to banking ! Now that's service that you can't find back east! Iowa nice is a way of life and I love it here.

  I loved the old website I could put in a total of what is coming out and then I knew my spending at a glance. Helped me a great deal. Now they moved to an app. It’s been a couple weeks and I absolutely hate the new app. My balances are off and in can’t see my history at all. When I go to machine they don’t balance. They didn’t upload the history from the old site. Took me 15 minutes to figure out how to transfer money, I scheduled payments took me several minutes how to get where I could change the date the bill pay would come out. At one point I started to freak because I thought I couldn’t make any changes period. Just not loving changes after 28 years thinking of changing. Update: after figuring out a few more things, I think I loath this new web site more.you have to go to several spots to see your actual balance and even then I can’t trust it! I love online banking but not this app at all. It’s not user friendly and when I ask a question at the drive up, they had no idea. I work for a bank in customer care, come on Citzens! I can’t imagine what older customers are going through!

  Upon entering the bank's lobby, I immediately felt unwelcome. Strange, blank expressions were the only thing to greet me as I walked through the door. Exorbitant fees and unreasonable requirements make this bank a non-option for a college student like me. Needless to say, I definitely did NOT open an account here. Do not waste your time at this bank.
