      Rude, unfriendly, and constantly “miscounting” or “misplacing” peoples’ money into bank accounts that don’t belong to them. I’ve been with them for 6 months and have lost 3 whole paychecks as they have “misplaced it.” And left in tears each time with the way I was treated. 0/10, would not recommend🙂

      I've been banking with Citizens State Bank now going on for 5 years. They always seem to impress me everytime I go for loans. They always seem to give me the best rate of interest on each loan. For instance my house loan through them they got me 2.5% interest. I have 7 kids that are older and had to get car loans where the friendly loan officer's like Jacob, Phil, and Ben act professionally to prepare the loan with the best possible percentage rate. I've have done banking for 30 years with getting loans and Citizens State Bank is by far the best banking institution I have had. Everyone at the bank is so friendly, it makes you feel important when you walk in. Thank you all at Citizens State Bank for being there for my family. I give you a A+ rating.
