  First and foremost, I would like to give a review on this branch. Most importantly I would like to add that the one person who gave a review on this Branch with 5 stars is a person who works there how ironic is this! Let me start by saying that I dealt with Kayla, and this is an conjuncture with obtaining an approval for a loan. My boyfriend and I were co-signing with a total us $60,000 income. I spent two years building a cabin that overlooked Sunset Marina in Dale Hollow, and it is on the market after being sold in December for 349000. During the last few months of construction, I had briefly file chapter 13 to delay activity on the cabin so I could sell it and then I dismissed it. As the cabin sold in December of 2018. I discussed at length with Kayla the fact that my credit score was lower due to no activity for the past year-and-a-half and I had a construction loan and it was not reported to the credit bureaus. I also was looking at a car with Livingston Auto Traders. After dealing with Josh, Gary McDonald and Coy Padgett. We arranged so so much money down, interest rate payment and term. After discussing it land with Kayla, I went to pick up the car and the terms the booking amount on the car, and some of the details did a 180 reversal. I was misled on the amount of the payment, the terms, the amount of money down, and the booking amount of the car with the bank. No one could verify why things have changed and I gave me a deer in the headlights look. So based on this information., I decided 2 keep my car and do a title loan payoff. The car is $14,000 and was originally paid in full for 22 and I took out a small loan when I was building the cabin to do some finish work. When I went back to Kayla and requested a reduced loan and to do a payoff she refused to work with me and had the bank president Kirk Whatley, spelling is questionable because he had me on speaker phone. Bottom line all the people involved we're Crooks! I was lied to I was misled and this is a warning to anyone who tries to deal with them the people involved are clueless, fraudulent business practice, misleading, and I intend to escalate this to the FDIC and the Better Business Bureau. Do not attempt do not attempt to work with these people because they are indecisive, uninformed, crass and unprofessional!
