      My wife and I were visiting from out of town and we needed to get some change as in breaking a couple of $100 bills and the bank would not do it for us try to get a cash advance on our credit card and they don't offer that service I would not suggest banking at this place seems like they're all about fees not very good customer service either not willing to help out people

      I am forever put on hold no matter what phone number I call. They will not attend to calls. I am out of state, I cannot walk into a branch and speak to them in person. Terrible dedication to customer service.
