I have had nothing but a Positive Experience Banking with Citizens State Bank. Customer serviceAbove and beyond When I Reopened an account I have with them. They also fixed an issue that I had caused with my debt card right in the branch instead of me having to wait 10 days on my new card. I'm a satisfied customer and would recommend them for your banking needs.

The guy that works in the drive up window needs to learn how to give money bank. Once he gave me all fives!! $50.00 dollars in $5.00. Yesterday five 10.00 bills. Really???? Unacceptable. Banked at Citizens a long time. He is the only teller that has ever done this

I just went to pay my property taxes. Gave the drive thru everything. The guy said i have to pay my taxes with a check i couldnt have my money taken out of my account to pay them i go in May you guys took the money out I signed the slip and they were paid. So now i have to take time off work to pay my taxes because this guy didnt know what he was doing. I will find another bank.
