People are always complaining about something especially if they don’t get their way. Everything isn’t going to go your way all the time. Things happen get over it. We need to do better as a people. This lady Sandra Watson lay off the alcohol and get your head right. The ladies at the Eastpoint location are great. Always giving excellent customer service.

This bank is one of the worst banks I've ever been to in my entire life II try to find a black bank because I am a black person so I want to help my Own Kind They will not allow me to deposit checks to my phone a phone which I had no problem with wait I deposit certified checks and they will keep them for 1 to 2 weeks I deposit a check last weekend and for A certain amount they said On the 28th some of the money would have been released on the 29th more whatever and tonight more would have been released Nothing was released I came to the bank to speak to the manager I sat there for 40 minutes at the Eastpoint branch I am going to close this account and go back to the banks that I'm used to Who treat you like you are somebody This is a certified check it should have been released by the next day for the full amount

This is the worst bank I ever banked with they are unprofessional and untrustworthy so not bank with them you will regret it!!!!!!!!
