Michelle Monroe at City Bank was the best lender I've ever worked with. She takes being a lender to whole new lever. Not only did she work with me over the past year to get my finances to the right place, she gave me the confidence to BELIEVE I could do it. And I did. She was there every step of the way to answer my questions and calm my nerves. She truly went above and beyond. If you're looking to purchase a home or refinance, you've got to use Michelle Monroe or you're doing yourself a disservice. I couldn't speak more highly of her and City Bank. Their online platform made the process very easy and I could track every step of the process online. 10/10 will use again. Literally couldn't be more happy.

Tracey in particular gave extremely poor customer service overall. After all our paperwork was provided and approved, our credit pulled she got squirly and unresponsive even though we were highly qualified and approved. It totally turned us off to her bank, we severed all communication then had to start all over with another bank in liberty Hill. She had all our personal private information but we no longer wanted to do business with them. They /she lost our Trust.
