  Their service is the most horrendous I've ever experienced at any bank. I wanted to close a credit card I bad with the bank. Apparently, you cannot close it over the phone with their phone service. You can only do it through your personal banker. After months of unreturned calls and emails to my personal banker, I finally learned that he was on leave. Note, he didn't set up an automatic reply on his phone or email. After months of struggle, I finally closed my card. The bank immediately terminated my online access to my online banking. I received my last statement with zero balance and was happy that I was finally able to stop dealing with this bank. But I was wrong. I got an email from the banker months after the account closure that my account had an outstanding balance. I asked for statements for that balance. He sent me four months of statements showing only late fees and interests. I then called and emailed to try to find out which charge was incurring all the fees and interests and why it was not paid through the autopay I set up. And of course he's impossible to reach. Avoid this bank at all costs.
