      Every time these guys conduct a direct offering for a company , especially a bio pharma, it literally triples the next month. They are amazing! If you see a direct offering , jump in!

      many investors have been slaughtered by their activities. When that name shows up on a stock u own, you're fixing to lose a lot of money. They enable public companies to do some amazing stuff that seems to kill investors. I would never buy a stock or company that's used Wainwright.

      They are doing toxic financings. The offerings are getting shorted most likely naked shorting. Look at Histogen (hsto) went from 5.00 to .12 cents. Their price target was 2.30. Should be investigated.
