      We obtained a house note from them. We had a terrible time getting the loan person to ever respond or give information. We were never fully explained the terms of the note, and then when we asked it took over a month to hear something. They then waited until it was late to call us, saying they sent an email (we never received) and now are trying to make us pay for their mistakes. STAY AWAY. Rocket Mortgage is MUCH better. We even requested a new loan officer and they still didn't change anything. Took them weeks to respond. Just awful service. We were excited to havw a local bank and it has been a nightmare!
