  My family has been doing business with City National Bank in Mineola for many years. They have always provided us with great service and attention, and consistently exceed my expectations! So when I was ready to buy my first home, Lori Puckett was the first person I called! We purchased our first home this year, and as we all know buying a first home is incredibly stressful! Going in we didn't understand anything about the mortgage process. Lori Puckett and Cristina Tellez made themselves available to me via any method of my choice - email, office phone or cell phone! Lori was so knowledgeable and attentive and always made us feel more comfortable and educated. Christina made sure to communicate everything she needed from me so I never felt overwhelmed or behind. If I ever had any questions about where we were in the process all I had to do was pick up the phone and call. Everything went by so smoothly and much faster then I thought was possible! We couldn't have asked for better or kinder people to help us. I cannot recommend City National Bank enough. I highly recommend giving Lori Puckett a call, she is most definitely someone you can trust. Tell her I sent you!

  PLEASE turn down your parking lot night lights! They are blinding to everyone driving by or living North of your lot. They are evidently aimed too high.
