      UPDATE: The credit union reached out and resolved the matter and that I am very grateful. However, I don't understand why we need to wait 90 days to be able to link bank accounts and use online bill pay. It makes no sense. Plenty of online only banks allow it.

      Been a member for a few years and will be closing my account. Too many frustrations. For example, online bank transfers — e.g. Venmo, Uber, Amazon — isn't available for the first 3 months. Online banking also requires 3-step verification every time you log in. I've had accounts with money in them frozen for inactivity and am still unable to fully use them after weeks of talking to staff. And, yeah, limited hours is also really frustrating. Just very disappointed.
