Roxanne is thorough and professional. She knows all of the loans, grants, etc. that are available and is so helpful in helping her clients make the right decision when it comes to purchasing or refinancing. She is willing to answer any questions, and is fast in her response time. She will go to bat for her clients to get them the best rates. She is outstanding to work with!

Roxanne is the best! She did my first home loan back in 2008 and was incredibly helpful and helped the process not be as overwhelming as it can be. When I was able to get a better rate, she did my refi as well. Fast forward to 2021, she just helped me get my second home loan and, as always, very impressed with her professionalism and how really helpful she is from start to finish. Until she retires, I'll always use Roxanne for anything regarding my home loans or refi, and highly recommend her!

Roxanne is FANTASTIC! I recently refinanced my home and she was such a pleasure to work with. She always kept me in the loop and was available any time to answer questions.
