  The staff is very friendly and helpful it’s a great credit union. I only have one problem with it, I have usually had to wait. Yesterday I had to wait for 20 minutes to draw out money. There were only 2 stations open and it appeared That both were working on new accounts with cards. New accounts need to be handled in a different area by other staff, maybe even a loan officer or one of the managers. I was first in line and had 5 or 6 people behind me. Also in busy hours all stations should be open even if management has to fill one. I have seen times when there is a line clear back to the door with 2 or 3 stations open and several people milling around behind the stations just talking.

  So I've been with this credit Union for over half of my life and today I had finally had enough of this institutions crooked policy's and the way they treat long time members so I closed my account. The only reason I'm giving them two stars is because of the young women that work for this branch we're very sweet to me. They can't help that their companies Core Values treat their own members like dirt.

  Parking is bad Service is generally great. Location of your facility is handy and accessible but bad in that all businesses etc are in one area of town. So very congested with traffic etc.
