Working with this company has been an absolute nightmare, because of the lies Grant Holmes continuously told my husband and I, we are now homeless. Please learn from our mistake and do not go with this company, do your own research on them if you have to, we’re just trying to save someone else from the mess they put us in.

Just trying to be truthful and hopefully help save someone from the terrible experience we had! Terrible communication, MULTIPLE mistakes made, once even called and disclosed information and numbers to us.. ended up being someone else’s case and account entirely. Changed the prices on us multiple times and had to call him out each time when it didn’t make sense then he would lower prices ( as far as costs and monthly payments + interest rates) only when we questioned it. We were first time home buyers and didn’t get any benefits that we should have gotten. After talking to multiple people afterwards about our experience it makes us so sick to know we could have done things so differently and been treated more fairly. Please please please save yourself the trouble and do not go with this company!!!! I wish there were more reviews on this page, that could have helped us find a better lender!
