Jason and the whole "Hassell-free" team has been awesome! They are so helpful, they explain those whole mortgage process really clearly, and (best of all) they answered all of my clarifying and re-clarifying questions quickly and without being annoyed at my persistence. Haha. I definitely recommend working with these team of mortgage experts on your home purchase!

I had interest in purchasing a home and was directed to get assistance with Guild Mortgage Company. I explained to Jason I wasn’t yet ready to go through with the process because I wanted to work on my credit score and still am in an apartment with a lease. He asked my what my score was and agreed we should work on it and still needed time. Despite this, he ran a full credit score on me, without my true authorization, knocking my score down and putting a hard inquiry on it. He seems like a nice guy, but just unethical in the sense of explaining to customers the process and what their goals are and how to truly execute it.
