Applying for a refinance can seem overwhelming. I was certainly hesitant, but once Blake Allred provided some numbers for me I was convinced! I gave him all the paperwork as quickly as I could and he did all the hard work. My husband was also quickly won-over when he realized that the lower interest rate would decrease our monthly mortgage payments by hundreds. (These results, of course, vary based on timing and the current market). I highly recommend working with Blake Allred at Country Club Mortgage for a new home loan or refinance.
