      Selling a fire damaged is no fun 😔 But after 3 realtors 6 months of negotiations and alot of education about selling a home that came with various barriers the team at Clarity closed on my home today.       Ryan, Thanks for your feedback. We contacted you the very next day after you signed the contract to schedule a walk thru. As you already mentioned yourself, given COViD-19 we are working diligently and within all guidelines to coordinate the independent third party inspection. Given that you do not want to work within these guidelines and instead want to leave us a negative review to try pressure us, we are no longer interested in working with you. Furthermore, we are unable to move forward due to the child support lien filed against you. Good luck with the sale of your house. Best, Clarity Real Estate Solutions

      This company is a scam Update: You never attempted to contact me.

      Debbie McRae Perry, You signed a contract on April 27th to sell your house. We sent an independent third party to evaluate the property shortly thereafter. We then tried to contact you multiple times to report what we discovered and you never responded. We find it ironic that you now call us a "scam" when you were trying to sell a house you do not even own. Good luck with whatever it is that you are trying to accomplish.
