My dealings with Classic Mortgage have been one of the absolute worst experiences in my life. I had to do all of the work for them, consistently remind them of deadline dates and then correct them on 2 separate occasions that they were providing me with the wrong loan’s. To say the least not even 3 months into my newly purchased condo, I now have to refinance my loan because Classic Mortgage never input my loan the way I requested it to be. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND CLASSIC MORTGAGE TO ANYONE!!!

We recently closed on a home where we chose Classic Mortgage as our lender, and it was a horrific experience. We basically had to do their job for them. We only made it through closing by prodding and dragging their entire team across the finish line. It was absolutely exhausting. If you choose them, be prepared to: be ignored, have phone calls and messages not returned, send the same document five or more times, and drag them through every single milestone. I have no idea how they are still in business. Classic Mortgage LLC is the creme de la creme of incompetence. Choose another lender.
