  It was a pleasure to work with Nelai. Prior to making a final decision I had spoken to different mortgage lenders and no one went above and beyond the way Nelai did. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and very detailed. As a first time homebuyer, Nelai walked me through every step of the way. She did everything she could in a market that is difficult for the buyer. Her dedication, support, resourcefulness and attentiveness is impressive. There are no words to describe how thankful my family and I are for all the help through this process. I will highly highly recommend Nelai to all my family and friends. Thank you Nelai!

  Throughout the past couple of months, Nelai has been there every step of the way. She has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that she was just trying to sell me a mortgage, but that she was a mentor to answer my questions and help me to make the best decisions.
