  My experience with Joan was remarkable. I've worked with him and his team for about 7 months through my relocation process and I am proud to say he gets the job done. He worked with us day in and day out on everything from getting the best rate, improving credit, finding the right home and just covering all of our needs. There wasn't a call he didn't return or answer or a situation he didn't take time to explain. When ever we needed him he was there. He was always transparent and honest and my husband and I are so thankful for him. He is very knowledgeable experienced and a work a holic. He will be my realtor going forward because I trust him and I trust his judgement. He goes over and beyond for his clients and is always professional. I would also like to add I'm thankful for Patricia as well she is fast and efficient and will get all the documents processed in a timely manner and is always kind. The whole team is amazing to work with. Thank you again for making my stressful situation easier.

  Very pleased with Joan and Clear Lending team. This is my third purchase with them helping me grow my real estate business. Working with Joan as a Loan Officer and Real Estate Agent has made the home purchase process so much easier and way faster. In the past, I had agents refer me their preferred lenders, but it is not the same as the realtor being the owner of the mortgage company. Contract important dates are handled much better. In the past, I had a situation where loan officer would blame the realtor and vice versa over missing contractual duties that needed to be attained at a specific date. Clear Lending team is a very responsive and hardworking team making things happen. I could not be happier with this relationship.   My wife and I were first time home buyers with really no clue what to expect. We were using my VA home loan benefit and I can honestly say we hit gold when we chose Clear Lending. Joan is a tireless worker who fights for you to get the house you want. You can tell he is passionate about what he does. His team to include Patricia all are very patient and will keep you up to speed every step of the way. My wife and I couldn't be more grateful to you guys. He managed to get us into a 425,000 dollar home that has plenty of room for our family with a great rate and only 1800 in closing costs. Thanks Joan and Patricia!!!!!!!
