Went in on the 14th of May, was helped out by Dustin. He was very professional and patient, helping us with appraisal of jewelry, showing us rings and sterling silver jewelry. Ended up purchasing a bracelet and a ring, he cleaned them up leaving fantastic. Thank you so much for time and attention.

I'm not sure why this place has so many great reviews. I've been in here twice to try and sell items and was unsuccessful both times. My items were in excellent condition yet the prices James gave me were highly insulting. I would never recommend this shop for selling any luxury / high end items and will never be back.
