If I could rate this Credit Union at a 0; I would. My husband and I were looking to buy a car, and we called in advance to make sure we could withdraw the money needed for the purchase. Upon arriving, there was no friendly greeting or any acknowledgement to either of us, and once I filled out the paper, the younger lady at the front refused to take out the money I needed. Once she connected me with the manager, the experience worsened. The manager's name is Sabrina or Sabreena and you could tell she obviously wanted nothing to do with us, or frankly giving us our money. She showed no understanding or warmth in her voice and seemed irritated that we were even in her presence. Sabreena had a nasty attitude and obviously should not be in a place of management. If you want your money, and don't want to waste your time DO NOT USE THIS CREDIT UNION.

They don’t now how to treat a customer. They close my account just because of a negative balance and when I called to ask about it the lady Sereena being the supervisor was rude she ask me why my account was in a negative balance for 4 months and I had to explain to her why. Employees there don’t have the right to ask their customers about why or any of their personal issues because it’s not their concerns about what us as customers do with our lifes. And she even said, “ I don’t know if we want a return customer like you.” And that’s just unprofessional of her to say that about a customer
