      We were easily financed, very convenient. However, they are very difficult to get in touch with, pay your mortgage, and at the end of the day I believe they are only interested in keeping you down. Don't be a day late ever. It'll cause derogatory marks on your credit regardless of the grace period. And no on line services means snail mail to pay on time.
