      This Clearview is…. Interesting. It does not have teller desk but instead has Live Teller machines (aka a person working from home is helping you on a monitor) as well as glass offices for real-life customer account reps. I totally get the concept & it works for some things but other things it doesn’t. For example- I was paying my car payment on the Live ATM but there was a wait. It was odd waiting on the phone/ monitor on hold despite that there are people working in glass offices a few feet away. Again, I get it but for some people who may think this is a normal branch it is not. I’ll use the live atm if I’m nearby in the area here
