      I called to get information about a loan and the lady who answered the phone was very rude. I googled and wanted to travel to this location but she was very rude telling me I can go to Lancaster or Cedar Hill location because it's closer to me. Who said I was coming fron home? At the time I was closer to Lancaster Rd. It's as if she didn't want to do any work and trying to send me elsewhere. Teach her phone etiquette please. If this is how she speaks on the phone I can imagine speaking with her in person. Rude! Unprofessional!

      Well I usually go in there after 5 and yes I do understand that the people/person has been at work for a while but she could be a little more welcoming she's always sitting down and she scoots from window to window and then she doesn't say may I help u heck I'll even take a " what u need?" She just started until u say something or in my case start u know tearing my check......now I've never been the type to write reviews but I've been in the customer service industry for over 25 years I'm 38 and only over the last years I've learned that my behavior and little things like that is what keeps u stagnated in one position and/or keeps the progression of the business from growing....it may not seem like nothing but handling my money is just like me handling someone's food or a person in the medical field handling my family she just needs to be a lil more welcoming I understand she has a lil weight on her and she may be tired if u gone use the chair use it with a lil excitement it has wheels so u shouldn't be slowly sloth like sliding around.......other than that I would've gave it 5 stars it's clean smells good not no whole lot of stragglers hanging in front ( yet lol).......and please don't get down on her just suggest or even let her read this I DID NOT GIVE THIS REVIEW TO MAKE SOMEONE LOOSE THEIR JOB....I just want my next visit to be a lil more welcoming.....HOW ABOUT Y'ALL GET HER SIME HELP UP IN THERE????? That's probably part of the problem....THANK YOU FOR LISTENING CONTINUE TO PROSPER
