      I had the worst experience working with CLM. Steve Arcos and his colleagues don't know what they are doing. This was my very first home mortgage experience. They didn't explain how the mortgage process works, what documents to prepare and when to submit them. There was no proactive communication. Most of my calls were never returned and the ones returned were after two or three days! I wish I had enough time to choose another lender before closing. I would never work with them again.
