  Jim did a difficult home purchase. I'm a contractor, my wife and I found a property that needed a lot of repairs. It estimated to cost us $40,000 to $50,000 after we bought the property. That would of cause a problem with our down payment. Jim obtained an FHA 203K loan to handle the construction and purchase of our new home. Doing this loan helped us save $25,000 to $30,000.
