      I needed to open an account, so I visited the Westerville branch at 428 S. State St, which is closest to where I live. Staff member Nikki Hartnett, who is from the Clintonville branch, was working at the Westerville branch for a few days covering for a vacationing staff member. My lucky day! Nikki made the entire process a pleasure. She is a true professional. Made me glad I chose CME Federal Credit Union.

      Moved back to the area after years of being away and needed to partner with a new bank for personal as well as business needs. So glad we walked into CME! Everyone was friendly as we entered all smiles and greetings. We were only there to make a deposit as CME is a shared branch with our out of state bank, yet we ended up opening our new accounts with Nikki because she was so fantastic!
