  DO NOT USE CMG FINANCE! Charles Terry Area Sales Manager is the worst to deal with. I just purchased my home. My first two houses were bought through CMG. You may ask the experience? Worst! My third home I just purchased was through Loan Depot. My experience this time was as smooth as butter. Didn’t feel like I was in the middle of a home contract. Nathan Sibbett from Loan Depot was amazing. I was away out of a job for 10months and CMG finance got me pre approved on FHA loan and I started looking at houses. When my realtor caught this she spoke with Charles Terry who has a very bad Attitude by the way! He argued and argued telling my realtor he knows his job instead of checking for us as his clients. Charles also told me that he’d call me back another time when he will have answers . No calls were received and when I called back he told me he didn’t have time for me as he was playing golf with his executives! So golf weighs over your clients concerns? Anyways we decided to go with loan depot and Nathan was amazing! He really just hand holds you through out this process and honestly makes this process feel smooth like butter. Till date I get home reports from Charles Terry for my previous home that my ex solely owns now. Privacy you may ask? Zero! Terrible experience and that two twice! I knew by this time not to use Charles and his poor people skill towards the purchase of my new home. I have since then referred a friend who just purchased her home to loan depot and another family who is in the process of closing through loan depot as well. Selfish people like Charles should consider the right work field for themselves! Charles your terrible attitude will make you lose clients.
