  Chet Mann and his Team of professionals have been amazing from the beginning and continued to work hard to make everything happen favorably for me. Chet routinely checked in on me and always with an inspirational note, and gave me confidence at times when I was feeling a little anxious. Every transaction with CMG was exceptional in every way. I’m so blessed to have so many wonderful people working with me to help and support me with the purchase of my new home. It was truly a delightful experience from start to finish.   Chet Mann is a crook and will do ANYTHING to get a dime out of his clients. Chet helped J&R Homes in Sanford steal $108,000 from my construction loan for a house I was building for my family in Sanford before J&R Homes filed for bankruptcy. I'm SO glad I got to help "fund" his new office and political campaigns.

We offer customers a construction perm loan program to customers who want them when they decide to build a home and need financing. . We have no affiliated business partnership, ownership, or any say in how this builder or any other builder runs their business or manages their finances. We have not profited from this builder, did not earn a penny on your loan that has not closed. I am not a crook and have no influence on a builders behavior. We are very sorry for your situation and hope a positive outcome can be obtained for you and your family.

  This was smooth start to finish I know covid has not made things easy for anybody and doing things long distance makes it a bit more tedious but this was very very smooth and I was kept up to date through the whole process and I love the app where you can check your loan status. Would highly recommend. 5 Stars!
