  Cesar from Justin's team worked very hard to find the best rate and options for me including changing it to a much better option about a week and half before closing. The rest of team was constantly in contact with us. Even to just say we were waiting for something. Excellent team.

  The loan officer, Liz, did not do her due diligence on my fiancé and I. Upon closing, we found that the Deed was completed incorrectly. We could not correct the Deed prior to closing without postponing closing. Additionally, days before closing, she knowingly sent an inaccurate closing disclosure and told us to open it, in order to prevent a delay in closing. She said she would send the corrected version the following day. Three days later, we had not received our corrected closing disclosure and feared our closing would be delayed. After emailing everyone we had worked with, Liz finally emailed our final closing disclosure at 9:30 pm on the eve of closing, while also blaming her procrastination on my fiancé. We chose this lender by recommendation of our home builder, Brohn. CMG makes Brohn Homes look bad.
