      I never write reviews but Ray has been the absolute best! This branch as a whole has been very helpful with the ongoing stressful times that come with the economic lockdown. Amazing service and helpful people!

      Drive thru window service is horrible this is the third time we’ve been visually upset and in a hurry trying to cash a simple paycheck and for the third time it took them 20-30 minutes to process the checks. This is ridiculous and I highly recommend that you go elsewhere while their lobby is closed.

      Every time I come in here there's usually 2-3 people behind the desk but you still have to wait for five minutes to be helped. Once somebody does help you, they're usually rude. I've been banking with the Sultan Coastal for many years and never had any issues like I do at this branch.
