Worst bank to deal with as far as lending for customers that are trying to buy a vehicle. The company has continued to drop the ball with processing and approving loans. Michelle that handles funding is the worse lady to work with. She talks to you like you have no clue what you are doing when it is there system that is messed up and this was verified by another person I spoke with. Was told this deal probably fell through the cracks. When I asked her to speak with someone else above her. She said there was no one else which I highly doubt! Go to another credit union that values that you use them for customer lending. I would give a 0 for this Credit Union if I could.
