  I've been a loyal customer of Coastal for many years. A few weeks ago my account was hacked and I contacted you. The gentleman I spoke to was very nice and walked me through all I needed to do. I went to the bank and I was given a new card, my old one was disposed of for me. Thank you.

  Be ware of this institution. I called you pay off a account for my parents and was assisted by the representative named ITSY. After the account was paid in full I asked the representative to email my confirmation and recepit for my records considering the amount of money paid. The representative carelessly input the incorrect email address that has confidential information that could be mailed to some random individual with my personal banking information. I can't imagine what other careless acts take place with handling consumers personal and confidential information. Careless acts cause people to get hacked and compromised. No banking institution should be careless when handling consumers personal information. When I asked and requested that this issue is corrected I was told that there is nothing that they can do to fix the mistake. My suggestion to anyone looking to use this institution is to find another bank! Any institution that's careless with consumers information is a danger to the PUBLIC!!!!!! BEWARE

  This bank is incompetent in all aspects. We have been trying to complete a home loan for 3 months and cannot get it done. Their branches have been closed to the public while they ask for data from other banks that require site visits. Disorganized, corrupt, incompetent. (-) scores aren't possible, but should be. Get an independent mortgage broker who wants your business.
