  We highly recommend Joe Mecca who proved himself a wealth of knowledge able to answer all our questions without hesitation thus providing a level of comfort not often experienced during a home purchase. He was accessible and responsive, often returning calls within minutes or texting a better time to talk. Overall, he single-handedly put to ease the minds of we two home purchasers. Leaving us off with our greatest concern being the color of our new walls.

  Words cannot explain how impeccable Joe Mecca and his team is! I'm getting emotional writing this. I found Joe Mecca when I was at my wits end. My husband and I were either getting denied because of our credit score or approved for less money than what homes are going for in NC with extremely pricey closing costs. I was beyond discouraged. I prayed about the situation and I typed into Google search: lenders that offer FHA loans. There were more than a few on the list I looked at the reviews but something just said call Joe Mecca. I can't explain to anyone how this was one of the best decisions I made in my life! Joe Mecca got us approved for $55,000 more than when my husband and I went straight to the same lender. The closing costs were even cheaper. Joe and his team are phenomenal!!! Communication was on point, Joe directed me to some wonderful realtors shout out to Stan and Ebony! Even the underwriter Tia was outstanding! Please choose Joe you won't be disappointed I promise you that! Joe's voice is even pleasant and full of energy. He and his team wants you to succeed and they do everything they can to make it happen! Please share this! Everyone needs to know about Joe Mecca!!!!   By far the most helpful and responsive broker I could have ever asked for. Joe helped us close on our home quickly and our closing costs all came up less than the estimate. If you have never navigated the complex process of securing a loan, I highly recommend Joe. He would talk off hours to answer all of our questions and made sure we had the right documents in place.
