  Horrible customer service was told I’m not allowed inside the bank and that “it’s been that way since March” even tho there is no signs that say that anywhere and there is actually signs that specifically say if you want to enter the bank you must wear a face mask (which I was) all I wanted to do was make a simple deposit I had the deposit slip already filled out and everything and instead of helping me they told me to go wait in line at the window (took me 45 minutes) unbelievable. Worst bank ever, worst app ever, and apparently worst reading comprehension skill in the customer service department. I followed the “ exterior signs that clearly detail steps customers need to take to enter the branch“ your staff and your system just SUCKS.
