      The first house I tried to buy through this company wasn't even ready to sell because it had title issues, which the broker should have known about prior to listing and it cost me over 10k in damages when they cancelled the contract on me. The house I did end up buying I paid full asking price and it took over a month to do a second walk through and they didnt even want to accomadate that, also they never made the seller clean the house , so instead of moving in this weekend, we get to clean first. This place is a joke, all the care about is getting a sale and a paycheck.

      This place has excellent representatives . Mike Elderling is very courteous and knows what he talks about . Very helpful and just a very reliable person . As for the staff and front desk just excellent. A place where realstate is serious .
