      Awesome customer service! They are very courteous and friendly in the mortgage dept which is very different from my experience.

      My mom recommended this bank for years. I'm not sure I like some of the tellers. They don't seem that friendly. Like they can't wait to get rid of me. One phillipino chick just laughed when I asked her a question. And kept laughing🤷🏻 another phillipino chick kept repeating my address for everyone to hear🙄an an older Caucasian woman mentioned to everyone I was paying my rent. And when I called in to ask for help on my online account, a man breathed heavily into the phone. As though he was doing something innapropriate. Havent called in since. I did like ashley. The one time I was enjoying myself is the time I think a customer didn't like it and,again another teller made as if I was the problem. One philipino woman an older Caucasian woman glared at me after ashley waved me over. As if theyre fun convo was more important than the customer.
