  Tldr; don't look any further for a lender. Just reach out to Hughie and work with him because he's a dream! Hughie is a blast to work with! I first was introduced to him as my mom was referred to him by a coworker and she was refinancing her house. He was super helpful as she was not great with technology. He made the process a breeze and was very communicative. Then recently I bought a home with a very short escrow. Hughie was such a rockstar! I had been talking to another lender as well and Hughie was able to give me a way better rate and totally had no issues meeting my short deadline. He was super communicative through the whole process and really helped walk me through everything. The best part? He's SUPER friendly and hilarious. I hope to keep in contact with him and will always use him when I buy again. I've also referred him to numberous people. Thanks Hughie!!! 🙂🙂🙂🙂

  Hughie is amazing. One of the friendliest guys we've ever worked with. He helped my husband and I refinance our house during covid-19 times when we had to jump through a lot of extra hoops to prove income. Hughie's positive demeanor, support through emails and texts, and extra care really got us through this process with ease. Additionally, I truly felt that Hughie had our best interest at heart and was giving his all to ensure that we got the best rate possible - treated us like family. Before working with Hughie, I'd called two other brokers that friends had recommended, and Coastal Pacific Mortgage Corp. had the best rate out of all three. I highly recommend using them for your loan!!! 5 stars!!!!

  I was recommend to Hughie by a good friend and I was not disappointed at all. From the first phone call to the last text message Hughie treated me like family the entire time and took good care of me, he was only a quick phone call, text message or e-mail away. Hughie took the time to explain the mortgage process by providing step by step instructions and updates during the entire process. I was able to get an unbeatable rate that the big banks cannot compete with and in the end I saved thousands if not close to hundred of thousands of dollars over the course of the loan. Everything that was presented by Hughie during the process was upfront with no hidden costs or fees. I would recommend Hughie to anyone who wants to save money while being treated like family and getting the best deal out there. You cannot go wrong with someone that listens and caters to your mortgage requirements.
