Thank you Cobalt Credit Union!!! You are the best. You helped me out when Wells Fargo screwed up my account. You took what was a bad situation for me (all caused by Wells Fargo) and made it right. I know you didn't have to do that. I would think a large banking establishment such as Wells Fargo would have been more than happy to fix their error (even after finally admitting they were the ones in the wrong), but no the little guy (Cobalt) made everything right for me. People, if you are looking for a great financial institution to do business with, pick Cobalt Credit Union. They may not be large but they do have integrity, honesty and do go above and beyond for their customers. I'm so proud of them. Again, thank you to the awesome customer support person (don't know if I'm allowed to say he name without getting in trouble for saying it - so I'll just say Megan) I always chat with there, the managers, vice presidents, bankers and so on. You all give 110% and you took what was looking like a drastic overwhelming situation for me and made it right. You fixed Wells Fargo's mistake and didn't have to. They should be thanking you!!! Just got started with a little on line banking. Not a big fan because I'm an old guy. However, while getting things set up, I had an employee that was so nice, so courteous, so patient, so tolerant, and so intelligent that it made my experience quite pleasant. Her name was Billie and she was great. She would be an asset to any organization.

The personnel at this branch have truly gone beyond normal customer service standards. Billie Sprinkel, Universal Banker, has helped me navigate a couple of challenging technological challenges in online banking. Stephanie Brockman, Branch Manager has always been friendly, courteous; making me feel valued as a customer. Way to go!
