      I have rented three times from Cobb Real Estate in Crystal Beach. The first two houses were amazing, so clean and so close to the beach. The third house...not so much (although it was huge and enough space for 30 people). However, Robin (the manager) fully owned up to it. She provided resolutions to us and was very helpful! I will definitely be renting again from them. Also keep in mind that their checkout time is way more convenient than other companies especially with big groups.

      Let me start out by saying the lady who checked me in was super nice and friendly, now on to the bad. It takes 3 weeks to get a deposit back they can inspect and all, when we arrived the shower down below had old soap and men’s underwear in it. Thank God we brought our own toilet paper because only one bath had about 6 sheets of paper on it. What really made me mad is we were out all day on Thursday when we got back that night the door was unlocked, which I know I had locked it, we opened the door and Someone had left 2 bags(lime green for the next day which was Friday’s check in) here we are Thursday they just let themselves in our rental and then leave the door unlocked for anyone to walk and steal our stuff of the owners stuff! How unprofessional of them I did bring up to management but who cares right? So they want to hold my deposit to make sure we didn’t take anything but their employees let themselves in unannounced no warning the day before we check out and leave the door unlocked-I see an issue here folks! I won’t rent from Cobb again. Another thing we were told we had to bring own linens including sheets and such we did, that was incorrect they were there so we packed way more than we had too, they don’t communicate well. If the lady hadn’t been so pleasant at check in I’d have left zero stars. !!!!

      We will definitely be using Cobb Real Estate again. The staff was friendly and they provided everything we needed for our stay. The home was beautiful, clean and had a great view!
