Bad customer service representatives on phone unprofessional. If you fail to pay credit card amount they gonna threat you for payments. Becareful if you taking credit card from This bank. AND NO EASY WAY TO PAYMENTS. STILL THREATS YOU.

Finally decided today to set up and account with UFCU which is what my family and my boyfriend use. They have had nothing but good things to say about UFCU. With Covid-19 going on, inside wasn't an option so I did curbside. Alexis helped me through the entire process over the phone and deposited my money promptly and got me my debit card right then and there. Alexis was nothing but friendly and efficient, such great customer service. So happy to be part of the UFCU family.
