      Opened an account when I worked for Coca-Cola, and it has been a nightmare. Whenever I use my card to make purchases online, they block my card and send out fraud alerts. However, the one time I actually had a fraudulent charge alert that was legit, and I signaled it, they let the transaction go through anyways. Had to spend an hour trying to make a claim and ensure my card was blocked. They never follow through with travel requests on my account. Honestly, it is a black hole for time and money. Avoid.

      I opened an account awhile ago and haven’t used it yet It sat for about a year Then I got the app and opened it and noticed that for the past few months I have gotten a fee of $5 a month for being “inactive” So I attempted to call and activate my card so it could be seen as an “active” account only to be dragged around on the phone and hung up on three different times by their computer who can’t seem to do the basic task that it’s designed for. All in all This credit union isn’t the worst But it needs a lot of work to be able to compete with the plethora of better choices out there. I would not recommend.
