  As the owner of a processing company, I work with many different loan officers across the country and it is an honor to have worked with Mark at Codemark Financial. He is a wonderful business owner and takes such diligent care of all of his clients. The detail and customization he puts into each loan to ensure every client has a loan that is the right fit for them is admirable. I would highly suggest going through Mark for any mortgage needs!

  **BEWARE***This company had me paying holding cost on a property for 6 months in false hope of closing on my dream home. I paid for a appraisal, survey and filed my taxes as they instructed to qualify for the loan. I ended up not getting the loan due to internal drama with the company. Mark the owner is very rude and told me that code mark would no longer exist and would start a new company and transfer my application. Mark lied just to release me from my file. I ended up losing my dream home my money, time and filing more on my taxes because of their bad business.

We can’t fix the past, and I apologize if I for anything that was not communicated to you clearly, that was not our intention and we have made internal corrections with our team so that this does not happen again.   Mark is one of the most detailed and knowledgeable loan officers I've ever worked with. He ensures that every detail is thoroughly covered and communicates promptly to all parties involved on the transaction. He is very passionate about making sure that every client is taken very well care of. If I could give 10 stars I would!
