  I worked with Enrique Rosario on my loan and he was fantastic. He was extremely timely and did an incredible job with communication. Enrique was able to get all of my documents in ASAP and worked very effectively with the underwriter to get my closing in time! Would definitely recommend anyone to work with him.

  I had a great and easy process to getting the best rate possible. The customer service and contact is great, I can reach out and get my answers very fast. Enrique was very easy to be reached and made this whole process a breeze! He answered every phone call and email very quickly.   This company does not seem to exist anymore. We have been trying to get ahold of someone there after applying for a refinance. We were days from closing & have not heard from anyone. The phone number listed on their website no longer works. The email on their website bounces back to us. Wish there was a way to get ahold of someone. Edited after getting reply from company below: You are correct, thank you for your reply. My issues were eventually resolved after months & months of headache. The agent I worked with from the beginning of the process was very unprofessional and impossible to get ahold of when I asked for the refund for our appraisal. I had to go up the chain and received help from a very wonderful woman who resolved my issues. However I would never use Sutherland again based on my experience with my original agent. I took my business elsewhere.
