  Zach Hidalgo went above and beyond helping me and wife purchase our first house. I cannot recommend him enough!! Going into the process of purchasing as a first time buyer was a little intimidating but working with Zach was an amazing experience. He is extremely passionate about his job, very reliable and helpful, always transparent, and just a great guy. He answered any and every question, was always there every step of the way, and made the whole process as painless as possible. He was such a pleasure to work with. We had been looking for a while in this crazy market and he never wavered, he helped us keep a positive outlook and stayed committed throughout the whole process. 10,000/10 would recommend!

  Zach was beyond amazing. We lived in CA and he was so helpful in meeting me short notice after my original realtor refused to show me houses I wanted. Zach helped me get a better loan, did video call showings so I wouldn't potentially lose out on a house, and went out of his way to get the house ready for us when we arrived! Zach is a great guy and goes above and beyond for his clients! Thanks to him we got a home that marked all our boxes in an extremely tough market!

  My agent at Coldwell Banker, Chelan Smith, is very detail-oriented and organized and did a wonderful job walking me through the entire sales process. The initial presentation was very professional. She communicated with me regularly and always kept me up-to-date on any new developments. The pictures provided were amazing, as was the staging. We had offers over asking within 4 days and she did a great job negotiating terms with the buyers agent as we moved towards closing. She was a joy to work with and I would highly recommend her and her company.
