  Jan Lambert is so capable, calm and helpful. Even though she knew I wasn't ready to purchase right away, she continued to educate me in the last year, including an in-office tutorial on all the paperwork involved. SO grateful for that because buying property is intimidating. Knowing each step better made it seem more possible. Jan has also gone above and beyond, giving me advice on local networking opportunities (I'm new to Chattanooga). She gets it: when I feel more connected here, I'm more prepared to hit the "buy" button. Kind and knowledgeable, I'd suggest Jan to just about anyone trying to make heads or tails out of a fast-moving market...and maybe need a little hand-holding sometimes!

THANKFULLY babies since there's ALREADY been EIGHT DIFFERENT men who've ALREADY taken the OATH of office as PRESIDENT's = EXACTLY WHY Jesus'll be able to FINALLY start getting ahold of ALL of the 👏 HALLELUJAH 🙌: AMEN's= GLORY in the end & AMEN!!!!!!!
